The room was nice & clean on the inside. Staff was pleasant & very helpful. Unfortunately the outside trashcans were over flowing all the time. The pool looked clean & inviting. Guests were happily enjoying it.

Nasty as hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Got in. One of the beds was unmade. There was pee in the toilet obviously food in the fridge from the previous person. Just like they gave me the room right after the next person left. If you were looking for a safe place, do not stay here. Somebody was asking me for cigarettes. Every time I watch out my Door or a lighter. This place is written with drug addict and criminals.

ROOM WAS INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES!! THE ROOM, THE BUILDING, EVERY INCH OF THE PROPERTY IS COMPLETELY DILAPIDATED. Terrible room, not worth the money at all. The light in the bathroom doesn't turn off there was A roach in the bathroom. I tried to get towels after the second day and they told me I had to wait until the cleaning staff came. Which they didn't ask I had to wait until my third day to get fresh towels. They never came and changed the linen either even though someone clearly came in my room while I was gone and opened the curtains. I wouldn't have left them open because my camera and gimble where out on the table.

Don't book here. Don't stay here. I didn't stay longer than 10 min in my room after check in. One of the worst rooms I've ever been in. Several places that looked like blood stains on floor, bed, furnishings. Online pics and reviews very misleading. Seemed like a very unsafe area

The hotel was located near ihop and a few fast food places which worked well for my grandkids Rooms are not sound proof so you can hear fwy traffics and cars racing with cleaning staff and their carts outside My room had a slight musty odor I think from air conditioner But aside from this, We slept fairly well once the noise subsided So yes I would give it about 3 stars

No hair dryer, facility condition very bad, above all, unsafe! Door locks not working properly, bulletproof glass surrounding the reception. The only good thing is receptionist had good attitude. Booked two nights but cannot bare it after just one night and checked out. Now requiring refund.

The air conditioning worked well. The staff was nice. The room was not clean. There were stains on the walls, and spots of what appeared to be blood in the bathroom. There was 1 tiny trash can in the room, that was never serviced while we stayed there for 3 nights. The first night, the sink backed up. I told the lady at the desk and she let the maintenance man know, when we returned the second night, it was still plugged and stayed that way until the last night after she had to tell him again and he actually fixed it after saying he did. The pool was ok but the hot tub was NOT hot, freezing cold, actually. There are a lot of people staying there for long term basis and some that seemed to be up to questionable activities. Parking is not ideal since it's not a great neighborhood. Overall, it was a place to sleep after our long days of venturing out, but I will not be staying here again.
