Everything as described, stayed for work trip, accessible , close to everything, clean, well stocked. Bed was the highlight, it was super comfortable after 14 hour days!
This is a super place - accessible, well-maintained, very clean, and delightfully quiet. Compared to the cost of other accomodation, it is really a deal!

We just returned from Scottsdale and enjoyed our week at the perfect location and condo for our needs. The property was exceptionally clean and well presented with all the amenities we needed for our week's stay. The property was quiet and easy to access. Ric went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We plan to book again in the future.
My husband and I stayed here for a short getaway. It's a great little place with all the amenities you need. The welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch! Ric was great to work with, check in and check out were a breeze, he was even able to help us when our golf clubs were delivered early to the condo, which was so helpful! It's close to all of Scottsdale and all the great restaurants. We walked to and then hiked Camelback Mountain which is a must! This location is only a short Uber drive to many of the golf course. I would highly recommend!
The unit was well equipped for our stay. I will say the photos make the place look better than it really is. It is an older complex. We thought we were renting a condo, but we would consider this more of an apartment and a small one at that. We also wouldn't call it being located in the heart of Old Town. It is roughly a 1/4 to 1/2 mile walk to the beginning of Old Town. It is an easy walk to The Fashion Square mall. The complex is quite and easy to get in and out of for Ubers, etc. If you are simply looking for a clean, equipped place to stay in Scottsdale then this place fits the bill. We were hoping for something a little more updated. It fit the price we paid though.
The property is nicely decorated. The owners answered all our questions. The location is good. The only reason we wouldn't stay again is the carpet. The smell was pretty bad when we got there like carpet fresh trying to cover pet smells in the carpet. If you get new carpet let us know we will stay again!
Ric & Jen the owners were checking in and available if we needed anything. They had water, coffee, laundry detergent and supplies which was so nice to start us off. Very nice area, across from the mall and not to far from Old Town Scottsdale. The photos on the website were accurate.
The location is excellent for accessing "Old Town Scottsdale", shopping and dining options galore. The place is cozy and surprisingly very quiet. Ric was very responsive in communicating with us. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Great location in central Scottsdale!
Ric was a very responsive and friendly host. His condo was safe, comfy and clean. We didn't use the pool area, but it looked like a nice place to hangout for an afternoon. The best thing about this VRBO is that the location is very close to old town Scottsdale and the Fashion Square mall. The mall is basically a two block walk and old town is about 1/2 mile away. The location was great. Old Town Scottsdale. Beautiful area and great weather in January. The property is old, but, clean and well maintained. A safe neighborhood. The unit was a fair value for the area. Thr bed was very comfortable. Owner was very responsive if we needed anything.The only nuisance was that while the appliances appeared to be new, they were very LOUD. Dishwasher, refrigerator, at times made it difficult to hear the TV. Loudest dishwasher ever! Also, the heat when it came on at night was very noisy.
