Beautiful home in perfect location. Plenty of room, well stocked, easy check in, plenty to do to entertain all age groups. Small fridge and built in cooler outside, and large ice maker - couldn't have been better!

The property was absolutely perfect. Even in the heat of August, the pool and hot tub were a dream—especially with the generous afternoon shade that made lounging comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for dining in, making meal prep a breeze. And the outdoor grill was phenomenal.The home was thoughtfully stocked with essentials like trash bags, paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, toilet paper, and even shampoo and conditioner—no last-minute store runs required. That thoughtful touch was a real bonus and made the stay even more enjoyable.

Perfect Scottsdale location

Great property for family getaway. Loved the pool, hot tub, ping pong table and other yard games. Host provided plenty of towels and paper products. Air conditioning and heat worked very well. Ice machine and filtered water were greatly appreciated. Location is very close to Old Town Scottsdale. It was a perfect place for our family of 6 adults and a 2-year old.

Siblings meet up for Xmas

4 adult siblings(plus one significant other) from around the country met up for a week at XMas. Everything was exactly as the listing says. Paid for pool to be heated and it was great even though temps outside were below normal. Hot tub was great. We enjoyed the outdoor yard games. Maybe the biggest plusses were the ice machine, ice/drink bin and the gas grill. Did not need to worry about fridge space with the ice bin, and didn't have to mess with any propane tanks. Very convenient! Inside multiple TV's with more channels than you will ever need. Good living space, nice and clean bathrooms with plenty of hot water. I think only kitchen item we couldn't find was a can opener, which we quickly used a delivery service to get within 30 minutes. Area is quiet and within walking distance to a gas station and couple restaurants. Can walk to more nightlife within 20 minutes. This is our 3rd year doing this trip to either FL or AZ and this was the best property yet!

Winter Getaway/ Family Wedding

We came down for our son’s wedding. Everything was just as pictured. Location was great and either a short walk or drive. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and pool. There were lots of ping pong competitions and the space outside was perfect! We will definitely plan to stay here again on future visits. Thanks for the great place to stay 😃

Wonderful location

We flew into Phoenix and drove about 20 minutes to this location. So much to do. Lots of great food and shopping. A fun park with a big pond about 5 minutes away, great for kids. The pool and hot tub were a big family hit! The house is all tile so it did get dirty fast with shoes. If the house had a tile vacuum that would be great. Bring your socks or slippers to avoid dirty feet. The house has TV’s everywhere, which was great but all of them require some log ins to watch (Netflix, Hulu etc) There is no live TV (so again, you need a log in to Fubo) We would stay again for the location and the pool! Our family trip of 7 ranged from age 60 to age 3. Everyone had a great time.

Perfect location to downtown

Stayed here for a bachelorette with 8 girls. It wasn’t too crowded at all. The interior was simple but nice. The backyard was so cute. It could use a deep clean but overall it was perfect. The door was easy to unlock but I think giving directions to lock it would be helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Girls Trip 2023

Four ladies rented space which was exactly as advertised. Beds and bedrooms were comfortable, with each of us having enough privacy and togetherness to make for a great time. Location was great - close to food (1 minute) and shopping (5 minutes), only 20 minutes from the concert venue and 15 minutes from the casino. Location felt safe even when arriving home in the wee hours of the morning. Host was responsive and communicated well. Overall great stay and trip, and we would stay again!

The property had everything our group of 6 friends needed for an enjoyable stay. The house was tidy when we arrived and the backyard was a fantastic place to hang out. Great Adult Getaway Place

The property is fantastic, and is set up perfectly for an adult getaway, a few couples, guys, or gals. Wonderful House and Good Location

We loved this property. Four King sized beds, 3 bathrooms, great hanging out space interior and exterior. It was too cold to enjoy the outdoor space, but it was beautiful. I would stay again for sure! Only complaint locking the front door was a huge pain.

Everything we expected!

House was beautiful and the perfect size for six of us to celebrate a birthday. The pool saved the day with the temps around 105f every day of our stay. Contacted the property host a couple times and was replied to very quickly. We would highly recommend the house and would love to return again.
