「We had the best stay at the Courtyard Inn! When I booked I didn’t realize it was a bed and breakfast and only had 5 rooms. It was amazingly quiet inside and out. We sat on the balcony at night and just relaxed in the peace and quiet of nature. A homemade breakfast was served each morning, and the host also made a homemade cake and brownies while we were there. 」

「A great property and perfect base camp for exploring Gold Country. Like having a campground to yourself with the added plus of all of the comforts of home. Was a great solo (+dog) getaway and would be great for family trips and get togethers. Thanks for sharing your special place!」

「We had so much fun staying at this cute little cabin. Took advantage of being closer to the mountain! The host was extremely helpful with any questions and even returned an item that we left at the place. It was great to have a little yard for dogs to go in, although One of my small dogs was able to get under the fence so just be aware of that. I would highly recommend this place! 「Overall it was a great cabin, slept really comfortable. It was really clean so we didn’t have to worry about that. Only 2 things that could have made it better. One, the kitchen does need glasses for adults, it had enough plastic for children. And secondly, the game room needs games. It’s full of destroyed boxes and incomplete games. 「My husband, kids (ages 11 and 8) stayed here and absolutely loved it. The cabin was so clean, nicely decorated, super cozy, had comfortable beds and was just the cutest little place. We only stayed one night because we just wanted a place close to Dodge to ski, but we could have happily stayed a week. It was the perfect spot for enjoying a movie night on the comfy couch and oversized chairs, a kitchen the was plenty big enough and well stocked, a terrific heating system that warmed up the house...

「We had such a great time here! The location tends to be below the snow line, but getting to snow is a quick drive away. This location is surrounded by wineries and nature, and is very close to downtown Murphys with its cute shops. We loved the house itself too. Very spacious for three people with comfortable beds and a cozy fireplace. Staying here was such a great experience!」

The only reason that we would not stay here again is because the window in the kids room did not have any window treatments so forget sleeping in.」

「We stayed in Arnold to see a few days at Bear Valley. The house had everything we needed and the kids loved the bunk bed set up. Our kids are small still (3,5,7 years old) so the space was just right. If there were more adults or older children it might be a little tight. We would highly recommend this house for future visits!」
