"Great stay with quality staff, great food and excellent rooms / environment. Only issue was a power cut (lasted about 3 hours) due to a storm but what was surprising is the hotel does not have its own generator, lucky the power lines got fixed but could have been a night of torture given the extreme hot weather."

"The property is in an excellent location with lots to do within walking fistance. Plus, there's a nice museum, historic structures and displays on site. The restaurant overlooks the canal and the food was great though there could have been more variety to the daily dishes.Our room was good except for the adjoining storage room which was noisy when sliding open and closed. Besides, there were a lot of tiny ants in a particular area of the room, but the staff dealt with them promptly on two occasions when asked. The staff was very friendly and accommodating."

"We only stayed here for one night but the hotel and staff were excellent. Very modern room and all the amenities required. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby and not to far to walk to the museums and bridge. Would highly recommend. "

"Spartan but clean and comfortable. I stayed in a deluxe room on the 5th floor. Large space, with plenty of power outlets and more amenities than I would expect at this price. Good water pressure with endless hot water available. Huge TV with cable channels including several in English. Courteous staff checked me in and then left me alone. Good location about 1 km from the train station and near many quality coffee shops, bakeries, and restaurants. Cute attached coffee shop too. Please note that hotel signs are in Thai language only, but Grab drivers are familiar with the property. I would glady stay here again. Great value."
