"I love the property as I have stayed there before. The only reason that it got a bad rating from me is that I was not informed until we arrived, that the pool was out of order. I would have preferred to have been told before we arrived. Due to this, we did not stay and found alternative accommodation with a pool. Please fix it, K.S. Pavilion Hotel, as you really are clean and well located."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful at the front desk. Room cleaning was not great. The shelves and drawers in the room were filthy with dust and dead bugs. I moved the small sofa out only to discover that beneath it was a collection of dirt, bugs and hair. The bathroom has a bathtub, but their water heater doesn't produce enough hot water to fill it. "The stay was acceptable , the cleaning crew were great and everything was spotless and clean . The breakfast was complete but the food was mostly cold and sometimes not delicious but over all os was 4 stars due to being complete . "A pretty basic Japanese style hotel. Service is great. Security is also great as the only way to get upstairs to your room is through the reception. It's as good as it can get for a 3 stars hotel. Just don't expects any fancy facilities. You paid for a room and a room is all you're getting. The hotel is in a neighborhood so there's not much to do in the vicinity.
