“This apartment is in the Mermaid Seaside Hotel building, but it is privately owned and not a part of the Hotel. If on check in, you go to reception, they will tell you “ it’s nothing to do with us ! “ If you have any mobility problems, then you should not book this .. it’s up on a steep incline, and then a further approx 20 steps before you can reach reception ! “The apartment was beautiful, clean, roomy and functional. The checking process was confusing because confirmation email from Expedia did not have the owner 's contact numbers. Eventually, I got checked in with the help of a gentleman at Suri rental office and a kid who handled paperwork and handed me the keys. The property owner was also very nice. Love the ocean view from the balcony.”
