The place is falling apart.its not a boutique hotel..you’d be better sleeping in the street in a shop doorway.air con not working,sheets very stained..holes in the floor,serious trip hazards everywhere dining room a complete joke..I felt sorry for the friendly staff that had to constantly keep apologising for everything..

Hotel bello ma un po'trascurato c'è bisogno di un po'di manutenzione.camere grandi e tranquille.un po'distante dal centro.per il prezzo che si paga va più che bene.

hôtel très moyen, beaucoup de réfections à faire, je me suis blessé avec un clou qui dépassait du plancher, et malgré tout ils ne l'on même pas enlevé, personnel parle pas ou peu l'anglais à la réception, j'ai du changer de chambre car la mienne et celle de ma fille étaient vétustes, cafards etc..... en payant un surplus évidement pas de geste commercial

Overall impressions
The Assada is as some have said somewhat in need of attention. The bedroom and lounge/kitchenette are clean and functional but bed extremely firm to say the least.
Bathroom worn out and smelled of damp with fairly constant presence of mosquitoes.
Staff helpful when we had a couple of issues with bookings etc though did try and charge me 60,000 baht on check in for six night stay!!
Overall ok given my short stay but will not be going back

Very average hotel, would not stay here again
This hotel got 3star ratings, but it didn't look like it at all.
Not sure why I chose this hotel at first place. May be just coz it was cheaper than others. but as they say "you get what you pay for".
The hotel is very average, nothing great. I went with 1 friend. There is no room boy to carry bags. No restaurant within the hotel, so we had to find food/breakfast every day. There is one restaurant called Red Chair, 5 mins away from Hotel, it was a decent restaurant. they don't accept card payment, need cash every time.
There's nothing else to do around this hotel.
The pillows were run down & was bumpy, the towels were so old & had holes in it. electricity was fluctuating all the time. There's no intercom in the room. everything seriously needed a renovation.

Great value for money
This hotel is great for the amount you pay. The location is very convenient, with easy access to the beach, food and massages etc.
The rooms are beautiful, clean and reasonably well maintained.
Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
Would recommend if you're staying at Kata beach.

Erittäin hyvä hotelli ja ystävällinen palvelu. Tilavat huoneet ja kiva pieni uima-allas asuntojen keskellä. Rantaan hiukan matkaa,mutta kävellen pääsee hyvin. Sijainti oli rauhallinen ja lähistöltä löytyi hyviä ravintoloita.

Hôtel accueillant, dans un environnement calme.
Séjour de 2 semaines en couple à Phuket dont 1 au Assada Boutique Hotel.
Hotel très agréable, calme et chaleureux malgré la nécessité d'un rafraîchissement dans la salle de bain.
Le personnel est très sympathique, accueillant et de bon conseil.
La chambre est très spacieuse avec grand lit et climatisation; et de l'autre côté un grand coin salon très pratique avec télévision, grand réfrigérateur et seconde climatisation.
A l'extérieur, une grande terrasse très pratique avec accès direct à la piscine.
