Our stay was comfortable and convenient. Staff was nice and they allowed us to check in early which was great. But please note there is a long walk through the city in order to reach the beach. This is not a beachfront resort at all.

Great family stay

Really couldn’t fault this hotel for location, comfort and friendliness of staff. Good selection for breakfast each day and great value food choices at the nearby Kata Walking Street Market. Also plenty of restaurants nearby. We did find some small hidden gem places to eat too. We were a family of 5 and no complaints.

This place was one of the best places we have stayed in all of Thailand. The staff were great, the pool was excellent, which the kids loves. We got an upgrade, which was a pleasant surprise for our family of 5. Whilst not directly property related, the construction next door can be nosiy and some of the guest from Russia can be very rude to staff and other guest. I would stay again

Was disappointed that our grand deluxe room did not have the nice balcony represented in the pictures. When asked the staff they said those are for rooms on the other side of the building, not the side you got. The large room was nice but the real appeal to a grand deluxe was a nice big balcony with lounge chairs especially since pool is really busy and pool area didn’t look clean. As with all other reviews the cash deposit is strange. We got it all back but you have to wait durng check out for someone to go check your room. All over Thailand and this is the one hotel that we saw so this.

Staff - as across Thailand are lovely! Could not be kinder or more helpful. Sadly, our party of 5 found the breakfast of poor quality and taste. There is massive villa complex being constructed right next door so expect noise. The hotel, whilst the rooms are sound proof, the building is not - I could hear cutlery noise at one point and always loud people talking. We had a grand deluxe balcony room, yet there was absolutely nowhere to put two suitcases, bad design. Location is good and onsite parking is helpful. Hotel is precious of towels and keeps cound of jow many you have and is very strict about charging for any marks or damage to hotels, so there must have been issues in the past.

Great place to stay near Kata Beach

This is the second year we have stayed at the hotel and it didn’t disappoint! Room was lovely and we had our own plunge pool with jacuzzi which was great!
