Beautiful location and view. Staff went above and beyond to make sure my elderly mother and her elderly friend were taken care of in every way, and more than is expected of a hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had an incredible view. Minutes to the beach and away from the buzz of the city. Incredible place to stay.

The rooms are staggered across the incline down the hill… this gives amazing views but means there are lots of stairs… not for the faint hearted, although there are stopping points up with views and the beach is well worth the trip! The rooms are clean, could do with some updating, but they are clean and the balcony is amazing with the sounds of the sea. The staff were fabulous. Nothing was too much. The on site restaurant served good food and so did the restaurant/bar on the beach which is a bit Shirley Valentine like! You can walk across the beach to the main town, we caught Bolt/Grab taxis. There is however a fabulous lady on site who rents bikes… which is a must as the hotel is on the main road/hill. Overall a fabulous stay, but be warned about the stairs.

Amazing location at north end of Karon beach. Nice big bed, excellent air conditioning, good bathroom. Staff very polite and helpful. The rooms on a hill up steps from the beach so bear that in mind, on arrival at reception at top staff take you and luggage to room. The restaurant for breakfast has amazing view with good food and drink selection.

You cannot beat the beautiful views of Karon beach here. Just steps to the beach, restaurant with a view, relaxing pool and great service. We loved our stay here.

Beautiful accommodations. Friendly staff. Walkable to shopping, ocean, restaurants. 5 min away is an elephant sanctuary, where you interact with elephants in a pool. They pick u up they spray its amazing.

Unsere Zimmer war ein bischen veraltet, Möbel war schon zum Wechseln(Schrank und Kommode), Badezimmer , na ja, es geht. Aber ich muss sagen, dass der Ausblick aus unserem Zimmer hat alle Mängel verdeckt. Es liegt an einem ruhigen höheren Ort, nicht direkt unten in Stadt. Die Dame an der Rezeption, Noii, war sehr freundlich und in allem hilfsbereit. Es ist etwas weiter, wenn man abends in die Stadt gehen möchte. Wir sind manchmal über den Strand gegangen, der Weg dauert etwa 20 Minuten in gemütlichem Tempo. Zurück sind wir abends mit dem Taxi gefahren. Manchmal haben wir beide Wege mit dem Taxi zurückgelegt. Es ist nicht teuer. Für uns war wichtig, dass es ruhig ist. Mir persönlich fehlte ein stärkeres Licht in den Nachttischlampen, da ich vor dem Schlafengehen gerne lese. Die Lampen hatten jedoch schwache Glühbirnen und eine orangefarbene Abdeckung, sodass sie wirklich nur sehr wenig Licht spendeten. Abends zu lesen war unmöglich. Auf dem Weg zum Strand haben wir manchmal gesehen, dass einige Apartments neuere Möbel haben und dadurch einen helleren Eindruck machen. Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer mit dunkelbraunen Möbeln und einer dunkel verkleideten Wand hinter dem Bett, was das Zimmer sehr dunkel wirken ließ. Ansonsten war das Bett sehr gut – mit hochwertigen Matratzen. Die Kissen waren für meinen Geschmack etwas zu hart, aber ich habe kein Problem damit, ganz ohne Kissen zu schlafen.Dankeschön an Noii von der Rezeption und an den Fahrer Chang.

Not worth the view

There were bugs all over the bathroom. The water did not get hot in the shower. The bed was hard and not clean. There were two power outlets in the room. The floor was peeling up.
