不優不推不會再住。櫃檯服務極差，有人跟本不會講英語，溝通極困難。房間冷氣漏水兩次，嚴重打擾我們的休息，飯店沒有任何的歉意。房間隔音極差，馬路上人講話的聲音都聽得清清楚楚，餐廳用餐就有蒼蠅，早晚都有很噁心。有客人提著行李11點到櫃檯簽到，櫃檯小姐低頭看手機視頻，用手指點著櫃檯上的簽到時間，告訴客人兩點再來，完全不幫助客人先寄存行李，完全不跟客人介紹迎賓飲料等服務。 黑名單，在泰國遇到的最差服務。糟糕透了。

The services and staffs are excellent! Staffs are very helpful and warm, they are very professional and excellent! For the facilities, the pool is good with high privacy and not too shine. The restaurant and room services quality are high, the food are so delicious and using fresh ingredients. The staff will help you to tidy up your room every day, and the in-room facilities are neat and tidy, which makes people feel very comfortable. The fridge and microwave oven are very useful and convenient for us! As long as the clotheshorse is a genius design which we can wash our clothes and dry it. It is a brilliant hotel with all the things you need! I will come again.

Room was clean, staff were friendly, pool/pool area is really pretty (small but it's nice). It's a bit far from the main Patong beach area. Highlight was the breakfast, the breakfast was a buffet with so much variety, and it was flavorful. Overall, it is well worth the price.

AVOIDE AT ALL COSTS!! RUDE AND STEAL! Receptionists are absolutely useless and told us to go through the doors straight to the lift to floor 4 so after waiting 10 minutes at the lift and finally getting to floor 4 we realised the room number wasn't on floor 4 like they said and after looking around on different floors and finally bumping into another staff member they showed us our room on floor 3 in a completely different building! As imaginable we were not pleased after a travelling day in 30 degree heat. When checking out we left our bags in the designated area for 4 hours to find out when leaving that someone had gone through our bags moved them and stole my purse with all my money in it! Worst experience ever. Staff did not care whatsoever. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE TO ANYONE!! THEY WILL NOT ONLY BE RUDE AND CARELESS BUT STEAL BELONGINGS!

The location is inaccurately described. Although advertised as a 15–20 minute walk from the beach, restaurants, and cafés, the route involves constant busy traffic with no pavements, making it unsafe for pedestrians. Service was poor from the beginning. On our first night, we ordered room service and waited over an hour, only to be told the kitchen was closed. Throughout our stay, staff were unfriendly, unwelcoming, and unprofessional. We were accused of “spoiling furniture” over a very small sauce stain on the duvet and threatened with a fine, despite staff admitting the item had not yet been washed and there was no proof the stain was permanent. The most unacceptable incident occurred at checkout, when we were falsely accused of smoking in the room and our deposit was withheld. We do not smoke indoors. The accusation was based solely on a photo of a small amount of loose tobacco from rolling cigarettes before using the outdoor smoking area. Staff searched our room, found no evidence, and only then reluctantly returned our deposit. We were also extremely uncomfortable to learn that staff entered our room and took photographs while we were not present, which felt like a serious breach of privacy. To make matters worse, staff did not even acknowledge that we had checked out three days earlier due to the poor service. Overall, this was a very stressful and disappointing stay. I would not recommend this property based on our experience.

The room was average and not very well cleaned. The area was extremely busy, which made the stay less comfortable. The staff member we interacted with wasn’t very helpful, and we noticed other guests experiencing similar issues with both the service and their rooms. The room was not soundproof at all—you could hear everything from the hallway, even normal conversations. Breakfast options were very limited. Overall, it wasn’t a great experience, and I wouldn’t book this place again.

We stayed at this hotel for one night, and unfortunately, I’m glad it wasn’t longer. The room was not very clean — the bathroom had stains on the tiles and discolored grout on both the walls and floor. The balcony door also did not lock, which was concerning. While nothing happened, it would have been reassuring to know the room was secure. The staff were friendly but not very responsive. We called the front desk for assistance and were told someone would come within 10–15 minutes, but no one ever showed up. Another issue was the noise. There’s a mosque located just a few minutes’ walk from the hotel. While I completely respect religious practices, the call to prayer was extremely loud and could be clearly heard from inside the room, even with the windows and doors closed. There was about 4 calls I heard that day at various times. The early morning call was before 5 a.m. and was particularly disruptive to sleep. Additionally, there is only one small elevator, so expect longer wait times if the hotel is busy. Overall, the staff were pleasant, but the cleanliness, maintenance issues, and noise made for a disappointing stay. I would not choose to stay here again nor would I recommend this hotel.

When we arrived, the young male receptionist failed to assist us in finding our room. We had to ask random guests and cleaners(who took us to the correct lift) for assistance. We spoke to reception about late checkout, and they provided us with a rate for each additional hour on the second day of our stay. The night before we left, we wanted to lock it in, and the night receptionist quoted a high price. We told him we had confirmed the rate before, and he conceded to the original price. The breakfast in the morning, you had guests pick up pastries and putting them back to touch another one. A few times, food was dropped and placed back on the plate for someone else to pick up. At checkout, we were told that I had a 450 baht credit from Expedia for food, but at this point, it's too late, we need to leave for our flight. The place had so much potential, but I won't be staying here again
