"I had a very disappointing stay at Best Western Hotel Bellevue Au Lac. The room was nothing like the photos on the website — outdated, worn, and clearly misrepresented. The facilities are old and poorly maintained. Even worse, we experienced discrimination from staff at breakfast. We queued before another couple, but the waiter ignored us and then claimed there were no indoor tables, forcing us into a cold, semi-outdoor area. Breakfast was basically self-service (we had to pick up cutlery and napkins ourselves) and food ran out frequently. The whole experience felt like the hotel seriously underestimates and disrespects its guests. Not recommended."

"The hotel is located approximately 4 kilometers from the city center in a quiet environment, offering ample free parking. It features a swimming pool, sauna, and fitness center. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is plentiful, and the staff are friendly. I would definitely stay here again."
