Staff was incredible and very friendly providing answers to all our questions and request . Hotel offers a very convenient free courtesy shuttle service to the bellagio town center . "We loved our stay here. The staff was so kind, and allowed us to check in early since we arrived 4 hours before usual check-in time. The hotel is very spacious and rooms were so quiet. Could not hear neighbors at all. Breakfast, while not included in room cost, had a good variety and it was nice to not have to go searching for a good cup of coffee and food around town first thing in the morning. The location was perfect for our trips to Bellagio and Como. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Nice overall hotel, unfortunateky restaurant for dinner was not yet open so couldnt try. Staff were very friendly, rooms were clean and modern. Spa and saunas only opens from 4pm, wpuld have loved to use in the morning also but unfortunately only opens in afternoon. Breakfast was excellent!"

"Loved the villa - serene and perfect for a group of 4. Only feedback would be air conditioner does not work in spring time due to city laws - you need to be prepared to sleep with windows open if you need cooler setting "
