Definitely not a place I'd stay at again. The place had a very uncomfortable feel to it and it's not maintained adequately as well. The breakfast was not satisfying at all. I'm a vegetarian and all they had for me to eat was bread and butter. Not even any cereal. What a shame!!! My worst experience ever.

Front desk charged me an extra $30 USD for my husband. After paying he asked which way we should go to find the room she said I'm talking to her since she is the one rented the room. That was so rude and disrespectful I couldn't even react I was so in shock. Very ignorant and rude of her first time in Trinidad and that is one experience I won't forget. Now I see what my husband was talking about.

This is not a hotel that anyone should stay at, it's a pigsty! I booked to stay 4 nights, I barely made 1 night, I stayed one night because my flight got in at midnight. While at the hotel the power and water got cut off the next day. Couldn't take a shower and there was no manager on the property to speak to. I had to check myself into another hotel. I requested my money back but of course that was also a problem because there wasn't a manager to speak to. Never, ever stay at this hotel.

The room was okay, the staff where reserved, unfortunately the pool didn't look clean and the front foyer needed some work. The dining room was big and spacious. I could see a wedding reception being held there. The transportation guy was great!
