「Not sure why they have organized us in a room with disable facilities. Seated WC for disabled. Disabled use faucet etc. Not conveniente at all. 」

「The room was fine, although there were some loud people upstairs slamming doors all night. The hotel is very beautiful with a wonderful view. However, the food was terrible and the service was also awful for dinner. Breakfast was a different story with lots of choices and wonderful food.」

「Great location in the centre, near the bus station and at most 30 min walk from most attractions. Very clean and well maintained. Breakfast is great - fruit, yogurt, cereal, meat, cheese, salad, pastries, bread, cake, juice, water, coffee. Most staff were lovely, some could learn to smile or at least pretend to be happy.」

「The suite is very close to the centre. I had a full apartment with a separate bedroom and a working kitchen. Check in is done electronically and a passcode is sent. The process was very easy. If I needed to communicate with the staff, I used WhatsApp. Very useful as they were very helpful, as when I asked about restaurant recommendations. A lovely place to stay for my 3 nights.」

「I am disappointed as there is no refrigerator in room. Besides only one socket near door. Definitely not user friendly for electronic devices charging.」

「It's fantastic location for people who is travelling by train bec it's just within 2-3 minutes walking distance to the train station. Very comfy bed. Very quiet and clean room. Big variety and good quality breakfast. All the historic spots, all kinds of restaurants and shops are within walking distance. If we would come to Bologna in future and for sure would stay in this hotel again.」

「I feel we booked the wrong place which is our mistake. This had a shared bathroom which at first was given to me as they had female and male bathrooms. But there were 7 men and just me so we left as it felt unsafe for a female to be there. So I don't recommend.」

「The hotel and staff were fantastic. But there is a hidden secret. Walk out of the hotel to the ocean front. Turn right and up and over the garden, down a short path and left at the caravan park and you will come across the best beach bar ever. La Spiaggina. The owner is a great young man who works very hard. They are helpful. And Kind. THIS IS A MUST VISIT BAR」

Personale cortese e molto disponibile. Collezione davvero buona e varia sia dolce che salato. Camera pulita con tv e aria condizionata.」
