「Hostess, Carmen, is excellent. Breakfast was phenomenal. Rooms were big, especially the master BR (We had the 2 BR unit). You walk up 1 long flight of stairs, there is no elevator. The B&B is located at the edge of the historic town. Only a 10-min walk to the cathedral (which is a must-see). Parking nearby was a challenge, but you can park closer to the port & walk 10-ish minutes. DO NOT FOLLOW GOOGLE MAPS to this property if you have a car. 「Nothing more could be asked of our host Luciana and Nora, who received us on our initial arrival. The rooms and breakfast area are finished in an inspired manner and tasteful. The bed was comfortable and room spacious. As would be seen in other reviews, it is a historic palazzo, there are renovations on going in the building, but not once did this distracted from our visit. The hotel space is completely finished. What an amazing find on the waterfront promenade, our host full of suggestions...

「The apartment was very clean, housekeeping offered everyday was a surprise, as well as washing machine was greatly appreciated. Little things like coffee, tea, lollies, panettone and water plus bathroom accessories made the stay even more comfortable. Information about Salerno and surrounding areas, plus food spots and great communication with Olga re late arrival, very welcoming. We would definitely stay at Attico 195 again. 」

The cute balcony offers a nice view of the surrounding neighbourhood and patios below. The bed was very comfortable and room cleaning service was offered daily. There was unfortunately a plumbing issue in the bathroom and apparent mold buildup in the ceiling corner which was visually unattractive and came with a slight odor.
