Both rooms have A/C, and the location is convenient — about a 3-minute walk to a big supermarket, 6 minutes to the Metro, and 10–15 minutes to the Domodossola train station and tram. "This place was terrible and I do not recommend. We arrived at 6 AM at the property and our room was not ready until 3 PM. Several guests that arrived before 3 PM were given rooms earlier for check in but they seemed annoyed that we kept asking. Terrible service. They told me I had an “upgraded room” and it was more outdated and worn down that the other normal room by family stayed at. My trip to Europe was amazing but this hotel was the only stay that was disappointing."
