Nestled with serene ravine views, this inviting retreat offers both comfort and peace. Relax on the bright patio, ideal for BBQs, and enjoy easy outdoor access through the unique walkout feature—perfect for nature lovers. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or a longer stay, this hidden gem offers the perfect escape from the everyday hustle and bustle. 2 parking spots.

    The whole expansive walkout basement with 2 bedrooms, an open living, dining, and kitchen area, and a full washroom is for you to enjoy. The 3rd bedroom is usually locked unless you need it for more than 4 guests (3rd room additional @ 35 per night).
    The ravine-facing, fenced backyard is private to enjoy a drink.

    Other things to note
    2 parking spots are available. Street parking with city permission is also allowed.

Host is very friendly and accommodating. The listing was as advertised and exactly what we were looking for. A nice change from staying in the downtown core. Neighbours were friendly. Hope to stay again on our next trip

Nice location and great value for the price

This was a lovely quiet place to stay for a couple nights while in town with my dogs. It's so close to so many things including lots of green space. Raj was very accommodating and easily communicates via texting. There is no TV which I didn't mind but others may want to be aware of. It has all the basic amenities you need and the private fenced in backyard is a great touch.

While the unit was comfortable for the 5 of us and the owner friendly and attentive to our needs, you could tell the unit hasn't been cleaned properly between stays for a while. There were dust bunnies at the bottom of the main house steps, there was mold/mildew on one of the bedroom walls, dead bugs in the shower...the glass cubes making up one of the shower walls had a lot of mold/soap scum that wouldn't be there if a proper cleaning was done between stays.With only 2 hours between check-out and check-in, it doesn't leave a
