“We loved our stay. The location is great. You are close to the ocean and in the Pico Vineyards. There is a beautiful hike you can start from the property. The breakfast was good. We also had dinner one evening and really enjoyed the food.”

“Ich war in einem Zimmer im hinteren Teil untergebracht, mit sehr schönem Blick aufs Meer und auf São Jorge. Die Küche war bis auf die nicht zu nutzende Spülmaschine in einem Top-Zustand und es war alles da, um sich ein paar Tage zu versorgen. Mit Isabel und Noémia war die Kommunikation extrem einfach und per WhatsApp wurden alle Fragen sehr schnell gelöst.”

“The place is beautiful, in a great location, private and secluded, with nice amenities such as hot tubs, pool, wood BBQ. It looks just like the pictures and overall, we enjoyed our stay. But, - very limited hot water. Takes long to warm up and then only lasts 5 minutes. Not enough for 2 showers. We could only fill the amazing bath up a few inches before it got cold, so kind of useless. - lots of ants, and when we complained, we were told to deal with it ourselves - there was a birds nest……

“The hotel is ideally situated with parking for cars etc. Staff were very helpful and breakfast had a good selection. Breakfast could do with starting earlier as most tours go out early morning and we had to miss breakfast twice as it didn't open until 7.30am.”
