「The room setting, service and light breakfast were very good. It was only the toilet odour in our room that we dislike most. We followed the hotel instruction of throwing toilet paper into the dustbin instead of toilet. The unpleasant odour might come from the toilet paper in dustbin or the sewage pipes. Other than this problem, we are very satisfied with the room.」

The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and although we were a bit concerned about after hours check-in using a lock box to get room key, details provided were excellent and access was seamless. It has a great location, and despite just off main avenue, it was very quiet. This is a 3-star property meaning there are no extra amenities like restaurant, gym or pool so wouldn't recommend for families with kids. It's good value for someone looking...

「We stayed here for 2 nights. The place is located not so far from the beech promenade and the old church. Good walking distance. The reasoning for the bad rating is a combination of a not working ac. extremely hard bed. It’s actually ridiculous.. My mother slept on the couch both the nights. It’s actually 2 airconditions, and the 2 remotes did not work. Only one of them had batteries. therefore it was cold at night with only 1 blanket. We requested a few more the next day and got 1 more.
