Sehr schöne Wohnung

Der Kontakt zu der, die Wohnung betreuenden Familie Berger war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Im Dorf konnte man gut spazierengehen.Die Wohnung war groß, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Je nach Wetterlage konnte man sich auf dem Balkon sonnen.Die Sauna war sehr geräumig und sauber.Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Wir haben in walchen bei Kitzbühel ein Haus gemietet Tauern Suite diese war im Dachgeschoss und war energetisch nicht gut gedämmt so dass wir in der sommerzeit extremste Hitze hatten. Man musste lüften und dabei kam die Fliegen rein. Da hilft nur klimaanlage oder fliegennetz Wir sind nach der Hälfte der Zeit abgereist weil wir absolut nicht schlafen konnten was so heiß war. Leider waren auf diesem Wege für uns 1500 € weg. Aber als familienvater muss man im Familienrat entscheiden und das Ergebnis war nun mal es war einfach zu heiß.

Fantastische geräumige, schöne und saubere Wohnung mit herrlichem Blick auf die Berge. Die Einrichtung ist top, die Betten sind schön und das Geschirr, die Töpfe und das Besteck sind komplett. Zwei geräumige Balkone mit bequemen Stühlen. Die Lage ist perfekt, unter anderem mit den charmanten Orten Kaprun und Zell am See in der Nähe. Auch zentral gelegen für alle möglichen Unternehmungen, wie z.B. der Besuch verschiedener Klimate, der Krimmler Wasserfälle, schöner Schwimmbäder und der Bergbahnen für schöne Wanderungen hoch in die Berge. Kurzum, wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Nice apartment well kitted out (though lacks a microwave) and all clean etc. it was too hot with no way of turning heating down. Overall we would definitely stay again.

suuuuuper Appartment, tolle Lage, wunderbare Ausstattung

super tolles Appartment, die Ausstattung war grandios.... es hat an fast gar nicht gefehlt, leider konnten wir durch Corona die Sauna und den Wellnessbereich nicht nutzen. Zu unserer Aufenthaltszeit wurde zur Vorderseite der Whg. die Straße komplett erneuert, was mir gehörigem Lärm währende der Arbeits- und unserer Urlaubswoche verbunden war. Zur Rückseite wurde ebenfalls an einem privaten Neubau gebaut und vieeeeeeelen Steine und Fliesen getrennt, was auch sehr laut war... fühlte sich an wie zu Hause ;-) doch diese Bauarbeiten sind zeitlich begrenzt und sicher auch zeitnah abgeschlossen. Die Terrasse mit Blick auf die Berge war grandios. Wir würden auf jeden Fall nochmals diese Wohnung buchen und empfehlen sie auf jeden Fall weiter.

Ferienwohnung in der Nähe zu Zell am See

Das 4-Familienhaus ist recht neu, hochwertig und geräumig. Die Tiefgarage verfügt über einen Fahrstuhl zu den 4 Wohnungen. Recht laut ist die Bundesstraße, die in der Nähe liegt, ansonsten ist die Lage prima.
