Nice place but could use better cleaning and amenities

The place is nice and convenient for getting to a number of ski resorts. The Sauna is amazing but difficult to figure out how to use. The beds had a few hairs on them which wasn't that nice to see but overall it was quite clean. I would ask the owner or property manager to consider providing some basic consumables, at least coffee filters. The place comes with nothing (no shampoo, no hand soap, no dish soap, etc ). I guess that's ok but so much nicer if they just include these items as they aren't expensive but just nice to have there. Especially coffee filters as you can't know what size to buy before you go there...and the property manager would not provide these.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Allerdings stellt die Tatsache der nicht vorhandenen Rauchmelder einen eklatanten Sicherheitsmangel da, der auch dem Hausmeister Service gemeldet wurde. Leider wurde dieser Mangel auch während der Aufenthaltszeit nicht beseitigt. Rauchmelder sind auch in Österreich seit 2016 gesetzlich vorgeschrieben und kein nice to have. Da BelVilla hier wohl wenig Wert auf die Sicherheit ihrer Kunden legt, werden wir bei den nächsten Buchungen anderer Anbieter bevorzugen.

Het appartement is prachtig en daarom is het zo jammer dat er voor 10 personen die daar een week verblijven 3 vaatwas blokjes worden achtergelaten. De bank bij de eethoek is van skai en verpulvert. De kinderstoel had 1 veiligheidsriempje waardoor deze onveilig was. Het koffiezetapparaat was volledig verkalkt zodat koffiezetten een drama was. Na wat heen en weer gebel en ge smst werd de kinderstoel vervangen en het apparaat ontkalkt. De wasmachine is heel lastig te bedienen en de droger blaast alleen koude lucht. Een beschrijving van beide apparaten is zeer welkom. Wij hadden een extra lakenpakket nodig en moesten dat in eerste instantie zelf op komen halen, het sneeuwde en we moesten er 20 km voor rijden,na onze verontwaardiging daarover kon het toch worden gebracht. De Hausmeisterservice is niet echt heel toeschietelijk en wat zakelijk. Wij hebben verder een fijne week gehad dus eigenaar doe wat met deze opbouwende kritiek

Skiurlaub mit Familie und Freunden

Das Haus ist ideal für Familien bzw. Freunde mit Kids. Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und Komfort sind top. Der Wohnbereich gibt es ebenfalls ausreichend Platz für alle Bewohner. Die Sauna im Keller bietet ausreichend Platz für alle Bewohner. Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Zum Skigebiet Maiskogel/Kitzsteinhorn sind es 5 Fahrminuten und somit recht einfach zu erreichen. Gerne wieder.

Gemütliches Haus mit Sauna

Gut gelegenes Haus, sehr gepflegt. Ausstattung ausreichend vorhanden. Sauna war top! Nur von den Liegen 2/3 kaputt, ansonsten ist das Haus in makellosem Zustand und sehr schön! Kommunikation mit Hausmeisteragentur eher unprofessionell. Service alles in allem aber gut!!

Schöner Urlaub

Wir waren voll zufrieden, es war sauber und auch toll, dass wir unten zwei separate Bäder hatten, da wir 2 Familien Waren. Was für uns etwas blöd war, war das direkt aus dem Zimmer der Kinder die Treppe in den Keller ging, es war nicht abgesichert und dadurch konnten wir die Kinder nicht unten spielen lassen. Das war sehr schade !

Prima vakantiehuis, goeie locatie vlakbij Kaprun en Zell am see. Wij waren met 8 personen en hadden genoeg ruimte. Keuken is redelijk voorzien, we misten wel snijplanken. Sleutelkastje bij de voordeur is erg handig. Service is goed, er brak een (loszittende) fornuisknop af en binnen een half uur was er iemand om het fornuis uit te zetten en enkele dagen later werd de knop al vervangen, goed geregeld.

Saubere Unterkunft, leider auf der anderen Straßenseite eine Baustelle über ca. 7 Tage. Auf einem großen Haus wurde das Dach neu gemacht. Lärm gab es leider gratis. Service um das Haus herum inkl. Vermietung = sehr gut!

Sehr freundlicher Empfang von der Nadine (Hausmeisterservice). Sehr gutes großes Haus, es war alles sauber und sehr gut Ausgestattet. Die Sauna haben wir jeden Tag benutzt nach unseren Ausflügen :-) Viele Ausflugsziele in der Nähe. Ein kleiner Minimarkt in der Nähe wo man auch Brötchen kaufen kann.

Fantastische villa , alles klopt. Alles was perfect schoon , leuk sfeertje , goeie bedden. Kan geen een slecht punt bedenken , behalve de locaties. Het ligt zelf in een wat rustiger dorp , maar bent binnen 10minuten in zowel Zell am See als kaprun. En 20 minuten vanaf Saalbach. Juist leuk om skigebieden af te wisselen. Voor ons totaal geen ramp , pakte gewoon steeds de auto. Echt een aanrader.

Chalet zeer goed verzorgd en ingericht. Betreden chalet na aankomst probleemloos (sleutelkluisje met code via mail ontvangen). Voor 6 volwassenen en 4 kinderen (1 kamer 4 stapelbedden) ruimte genoeg. Sauna is ook echt een sauna. Ruim en met ligstoelen.

Schönes Ferienhaus in falscher Lage

Toll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, sehr gute Ausstattung. Allerdings besteht die Anlage aus 3 Häusern. Haus 1 ist auf dem ersten Bild im Angebot zu sehen. Schöne Terrasse , sonnig. Unser Haus , bewohnbar für 10 Personen , war das dritte in der Reihe. Der Bergblick beschränkte sich auf den Blick auf Nachbars Haus bzw. deren Duschen und Schlafzimmer. Zudem ist es unmöglich bei 4 Stühlen auf den Balkon oder die Terrasse mit 10 Personen zu sitzen. Schade nur das das Luxuschalet mit ''sonnig gelegen '' beschrieben wird.
