“What we liked. The room was very nice and clean. The facility was nice. A few hiccups in our room though. We had a couple outlets in the kitchen that did not work. The coffee maker was iffy at best, but it did work. No coffee filters in the kitchen either for the coffee maker. We left the big pack of coffee filters we bought for the next guest. There were also no tongs to use in the kitchen, so we left a pair of them as well. Only other thing is we only had 1.5 rolls of toilet paper in bathroom……

“We had a great time. This hotel was clean and the people working there were so sweet.”

“Rooms were nice seized. Balcony overlooking the water with a flock of ducks playing in the water a relaxing bonus. Fire place inside made for a cozy room.”

“Away from the Parkway so it was very quiet but close enough that you could see it from my window. It is right off Teaster Ave so getting around Pigeon Forge is a lot easier than getting on 441. Very affordable rates too.”

“The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.”

“Beautiful hotel. Can’t wait to stay there again.”

“The staff were great including the breakfast staff! Very friendly and greeted you every time!!! Breakfast was great with a lot to choose from and kept well stocked. The breakfast room was pretty small and cramped up but nice and clean. The room was nice and clean but a little noisy with trash truck backup alarms and noise from other rooms at times. Room 408. Our view was from the back of the hotel so not much to look at. Water pressure not very good but usually expect that with a hotel. Toilet……

“Great stay and amazing staff!”

“Wonderful place to stay!!! Friendly staff & the room was GREAT!!! The price of our room was UNBELIEVABLE for November!! If we could, we would have stayed longer!!! The breakfast had a lot of options which was nice!!! We will definitely stay there again when we go back to Pigeon Forge!!”

“Great stay! Excellent for families! Clean rooms, Heated Pool. Good breakfast. Hot Water.”

“very close to all attractions.”
