The staff was absolutely amazing, very top notch! The property is being renovated. They still have the indoor pool open! When they finish renovating I bet it’ll be the best! I appreciate them listening to my 3 year old grandson ramble on! I really appreciate the experience!

Do not stay here! THERE ARE BEDBUGS!!! The people that work at the front desk have no idea what’s going on. The hotel is under construction. The laundry room is disgusting. The hot tub and pool are freezing. The lazy river smells bad. There’s only one ice machine working in the entire hotel. One of the elevators are out of order. There’s no vending or drink machines at all.

We have stayed at this hotel many time over the past two decades. Had we know if was undergoing a major renovation - and the accumulated messiness and unfinished look - plus was not serving breakfast as we had enjoyed in years past, we would not have booked a room with Park Tower Inn. Plus we had to pay a $10/day cleaning fee, while our room was not touched at any time we were there. We will not be coming back.

The place was filthy. They are doing some construction/ remodeling right now as well so it’s very noisy. The pool didn’t have any tanning chairs and the water was plum nasty anyway. We didn’t even stay there. Instead we went across the street to Country Cascade.

They charged me more than what my receipt said...... I was supposed to pay 20 at the property and they charged me 47 because it was a 50 bill that I gave them and they only gave me back 3 dollars, they are scoundrels, they steal from you One of them, I have my itemized receipt, it said that they charged me a portion of the reservation and I would only pay 20 here at the hotel.

Would not stay there again so dirty stains all over. The pool area was moldy and disgusting. The hot tub didn't work. The first night the fire alarm went off all night from 1 am until about 4 am until it was fixed. It was horrible.

The beds were the absolute worst of any hotel I've ever been to. We were told that they didn't have any vending machines that we would just have to tough it out or go to a gas station the only ice machine in the building was in the 6th floor there were metal shavings in the carpet that stabbed my feet a few times there was renovations going on outside our door in the hallway during the night while everyone was trying to sleep the hot tub had mold growing on the surface and was ice cold the only nice thing about this hotel was the heated lazy river that was IT!

Location is great! Hotel is currently under renovations so be prepared for that. I received an automated message that the pool and hot tub are was being remodeled and wouldn't be available when booking the hotel. Upon arrival that wasn't the case we was told that the heater wasn't working for the pool or hot tub but that they were working on it and should be fixed that night. Called the staff the next day to ask again about it and they had no clue what we was talking about and said we could go check it ourselves to see if it was warm. hopefully during the remodel they will replace the mattresses because they definitely need updating. They are not comfortable at all. Room was nice and spacious though. I believe after the remodel it will be a great place!

I told him no an he proceeded to ask me if some email I’ve never heard of was mine so I was like no I haven’t checked in. The property did not have several of the amenities that were listed on the website and the room safety was not safe as the door wouldn't properly lock after we informed the front desk staff. Took me TWO HOURS to check in due to a RUDE FRONT DESK CLERK who accused me of lying about booking, was EXTREMELY rude and treated ALL GUESTS badly. I booked this room due to the “indoor HEATED pool and lazy river” which was NOT heated it was ICE COLD, there was NO WIFI even though it also advertised FREE WIFI, there was TWO elevators operational in the whole building. As soon as I walked into my room after FINALLY getting checked in the first thing I saw was a ROACH on the wall. The “Jacuzzi tub” didn’t work so it was basically just a big bath tub but thankfully it was warm because my son had to “swim” in it since the pool was FREEZING. The ONLY good part about this whole trip was the bed being comfy but there were only THREE pillows for TWO guests.

We did not even end up staying here. We had to get a new room it was so gross. The pool was too cold and nasty

No heated pool, hot tub did not work. Absolutely filthy and terrible service. Immediately checked out after check in no manager was there to assist with service. Very disappointing

The moment you walk in the door, it’s beautiful. The room was perfect. I loved having a balcony. The unfortunate part is, the balconies connect so not really any privacy. Otherwise, I really enjoyed staying here.

We booked this hotel as opposed to others nearby because of the advertised heated pool, hot tub, and game room, but after checking in we learned that none of these were available. I repeatedly asked to speak to management, but no-one ever contacted us. We also saw all these amenities, including a continental breakfast, advertised on front sign, but again this was false advertising since none of these were available, despite claiming that ot was. I asked for a full refund so we could move to another hotel, however, we were told that it was past the refund time and that I would be charged regardless. I am very unhappy and will challenge this with my credit card company, especially since management completely ignored my request to address the issue.

The room was a n average condition The game room closed Indoor pool dirty The outdoor pool locked Bandage in indoor pool Hot tub drained and in need of repair Decided to leave and not check in Lost the money because didn’t take insurance Had stayed a few years ago and it was the old but acceptable. Thus was unacceptable They are now n remodel stage in hallways Very disappointed
