We had a great time at this cabin! It’s perfectly situated in the heart of all the Pigeon Forge activities, making it super convenient to come and go as we pleased. If you’re seeking a secluded mountain retreat, this might not be the one for you. However, it’s ideal for a family wanting the cozy cabin experience while staying close to everything—no winding mountain roads to navigate daily!

Beautiful cabin

The cabin is very clean and beautiful. Rooms were all bathroom attached. My kids enjoyed the private pool. The place is located near all the attractions. Over all it was a pleasant stay.

The cabin was beautiful the location was fantastic. The cleanliness was good, but due to the fact that we had rented it for having an indoor pool for three children, and the pool was not usable during our whole stay we reported it from the moment we got there.

Great place for a family getaway!

Great place for a family getaway with the cousins and grandparents. 4 Bedrooms. Each room has its own bathroom. Worked great to keep the kids busy with video games, pool and hottub. Will definitely book again. Only things I would change is it would have been nice to have a communal bathroom since we had a bathroom on the 2nd floor. The pool area was nice but the air wasn’t circulating properly so the room was full of condensation and damp, but it didn’t keep the kids from playing.

Lies lies awful

1st of all weeks prior to booking I Contacted the property manager Because of the reviews that I read, I asked them if the pool would be in good working order. When we arrived much to my surprise. Upon arrival, the pool was not in working order after I was told that it should be.I was highly disappointed. Also, the house wasn't disgusting. The kitchen floor had spots and spiels the countertops. Hey, crumbs and stains. The bathtubs were black. I immediately called and they said they would send someone over. They sent housekeeping back over and they half did their job. I still had to wrinkling the bathrooms. I did not go on vacation to clean someone's else's mess up. And as far as the pool goes, that was about 2 feet of water or more missing from the pool, which took about 3 to 4 hours to refill. Then the pool man came the next day and filled the pool. I put more chlorine in it, but the pool was not ready upon arrival. The whole reason we booked this place, I was not pleased at all. The kitchen appliances along with pots and pans. And utensils are very trashy. They are broken handles on pots are broken. I would not trust them to pick up a pot of hot grease. You might spill it or it might break on your foot. Even though some of these issues were resolved, I will not ever stay in another property managed by these people. I was highly disappointed. There is no room in any of the rooms to put your things. There are no dressers, only A. Tv stand with three tiny little drawers. The As you read these verba, reviews, take them to heart because they are true Which is one thing? I should have done instead of taking the property owner's word at it
