“The room was not clean upon arrival, and the sheets appeared dirty. When I requested clean sheets from the staff, I was met with an unprofessional attitude. Housekeeping services were not provided daily as expected. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations. Additionally, after expressing concerns about these issues, I was told to leave without a refund. Unfortunately, the customer service and overall experience were disappointing.”

“This hotel was the worse in all my years travelling the world.Very deceiving the pictures on Expedia,If I was Expedia I wouldn’t even wanted to be associated with them…..the moulding was falling off the wall…..the smell was disgusting …the toilet didn’t flush properly I took pictures of everything….. had to go to get another hotel😡The hotel is so old and run down that even they drop the prices to 30 dollars I wouldn’t wanted!”

“I didn't like that fact that Expedia gave me one total price of $60.00 and when I started to check-in I was told that they couldn't honor that price but the total would be $70.54. The next thing I had requested a first floor room because my wife is handicapped and the room we were offered was on the second floor. This all was not acceptable so we cancelled the transaction and left the facility.”
