Important things to note: Due to its historic nature and unique setting, The Greenberg Pearlman Lakeside Loft is not ADA compliant or babyproofed. The loft features multiple stairs and levels, some of which are steep and may not be suitable for everyone. We encourage you to review the pictures that display the stairs and ladders to ensure it meets your needs.
Please be aware that there is a nearby train that passes by occasionally. While it may be heard from the loft, it is a normal occurrence and nothing to be alarmed about. We actually find it quite charming and hope you will too.
