「Super nice」

「⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Magnificent Honeymoon Savior – Truly a Home Away from Home! After a disappointing experience with our initial accommodation that was not up to par for our honeymoon, MaxStays completely came to our rescue! From the moment we arrived at the Max Pavilion @ The Venice Residences, we knew we were in good hands. The studio apartment was absolutely magnificent—immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully set up to feel exactly like a home away from home. What stood out during...

「Hard to reach site manager at check in.」

「The room was beyond our expectations. It has everything we needed and much more. We really enjoyed our 6 days stay there, very near the mall, shopping area, restaurants, and the airport.」

「Host was amazing, quick response and easy to communicate with」

「The place was nice and everything looked like the photos. The only problem I had was not getting instructions on how to check in. However, after I gave the host a phone call he provided me with everything I needed.」

「This Cozi property was perfectly situated a couple minutes walk away from the Venice Mall. Not too far from the airport but far enough away to not be near a congested area. Beautifully situated with many shops and necessities nearby. The room was excellent for the value and the views from there were amazing!!!! I will definitely be returning and hope to get the same unit again! Thank you Cozi!!」

「Good luck getting ahold of anyone if you’re not physically there. Messages went ignored. Absolutely terrible customer service, with so many options out there I would definitely stay away from this one. 」

「It was okey, it needs extra bed」

「The host never responded to me, I had some difficulties checking in because she never communicated to me how to check in. Not only that, the bathroom has a smell that I couldn’t describe, I have sensitive smell that I could smell when it’s jot maintain cleaned. It was really upsetting and very uncomfortable staying there and while I was staying...

「淋浴間的水很小，洗澡非常不方便，如果可以改善會更好」

「Place is clean , staff are wonderful and location is very convenient」

「We live at the West Wing, it’s easy to get to the nearby convenient stores, pharmacies and local malls( just a few minutes walk) I like the swimming pool on the roof top, overlooking a golf field. There is a warm water massage pool, though sometimes if it’s not bubbling, the warm water is really relaxing.」
