「Good luck getting ahold of anyone if you’re not physically there. Messages went ignored. Absolutely terrible customer service, with so many options out there I would definitely stay away from this one. 」

「We were happy that the host is accommodating in allowing us to check in early 11am so we can leave our luggages. She said the room is vacant and ready. But to our surprise, it is not clean and the trash, dirty dishes, left over moldy food on the table seemed to be there for weeks already. No electricity, so lights and aircon not working. She wants us to wait to get it cleaned. But 2 hrs before 3 pm check in, no one is cleaning. We don’t want to stay in this same room for who knows what germs are...

「This Cozi property was perfectly situated a couple minutes walk away from the Venice Mall. Not too far from the airport but far enough away to not be near a congested area. Beautifully situated with many shops and necessities nearby. The room was excellent for the value and the views from there were amazing!!!! I will definitely be returning and hope to get the same unit again! Thank you Cozi!!」

「The host never responded to me, I had some difficulties checking in because she never communicated to me how to check in. While being in the room, I could smell the room not being cleaned, and I ended up being right when I opened the fridge(not working) with a live roach. Not only that, the bathroom has a smell that I couldn’t describe, I have sensitive smell that I could smell when it’s jot maintain cleaned. It was really upsetting and very uncomfortable staying there and while I was staying...

「The front desk and helpers are very helpful. The biggest complaint for me is on the 5th floor, the hallways smell like sewer. It smells so bad that the you can smell it inside the room. I complained to the front desk and they offered to move us but we were already checking out the following day. We turned on the blower in the rom but that thing is ridiculously loud.」

「gym smelled funny opening hours not 34 hrs but most annoyed room very noise not soundproof can hear street noise couldn’t sleep. front desk staff didn’t care when mentioned on check out i won’t stay with you again i requested a quiet room but got this crappy old room , the bedlinen felt stale , dint feel fresh at all and the mattress war worn out need replacement asap , carpet dirty and smelly not maintained 」
