「Always a good experience. I highly recommend them」

「Just a pleasant hotel a few hours from NYC」

「This is the place we stay every year my wife and I make our annual trip to Mayo Clinic for her appointments. The rooms are clean and the staff are super helpful and friendly. It’s a little bit out of the way from Mayo Clinic compared to the other hotels but the price is always so reasonable for what you are getting. It’s also right next to Costco and Aldi so if you need anything from those places you can literally walk there.」

「Not good 」

「Always pleasant. Never a problem. I recommend them highly.」

「TV had a permanent line, remote only worked to change the channel, had to turn on/volume manually, when showering the drain did not drain at all, shower water temperature nozzle was either removed/broken off. Dirty vents too, yuck. The staff was attempting to be helpful but were limited in how much they could help. The breakfast was a joke, only warm item was the egg patty that was used to be scrabbled eggs, and cereal. Now would I stay here again, maybe, if I had another death in family.」

「Excellent place! I stayed 3 nights, traveling solo and felt safe the entire time. It was super close to Mayo and convenient for appointments. Staff was phenomenal and service was stellar. I will be staying again when I return.」

「酒店位置比较满意」

「Hot tub doesn’t work (I was told by staff directly: “for years.” And pool was unusable due to how dirty and gross it looked (hairballs floating everywhere). Hallway smelled of cigarette smoke, rooms smelled gross as well. Breakfast was greasy and cheap. This place sucks.」

「Everything was wonderful!!!!!」

「Shower is very accessible for people with inconvenience in moving. Also, the water tap is installed on the opposite side of the shower head made it extra accessible without having to stand under the shower head/water to turn it on/off - which is great details in desgin. 」

「方便。还算不错」
