Friendly Staff but they were quite slow checking in guests and explaining. Food is average and not varying from day to day. Other than that, great beach and waves. fun and friendly entertainers.

The room was very comfortable and the lobby made a great little office while we waited for our appts at Mayo Clinic. The staff were all extremely nice and helpful from the gentleman making fresh cookies to Selena at the front desk. We have to come back in February and we will stay here again.

Great stay outside of downtown, yet still not too far from Mayo. Nice to be able to hop on the free shuttle. Breakfast buffet was good! Excellent restaurant/patio on site as well!

First room we were given had plumbing issues - the shower would not drain. Also, the deadbolt on the main door was not lined up so it didn’t lock. We brought it to the attention of the staff and they immediately moved us to a new room. Other than those issues, we had a good stay. The room was clean and the beds were pretty comfortable.

Excellent staff

Overall kid friendly, however no cribs available, which was a bummer. Pretty clean overall and having that extended room with the pullout sofa bed was very nice. My 18 month old got fussy and didn’t want to sleep one night, so I took her to the lobby so that I didn’t disturb other guests, and the front desk staff were so kind to make sure I was okay, comfortable, etc. overall a lovely stay with excellent staff

This checked off all the boxes for a trip to the Mayo Clinic. The breakfasts had a variety of choices. The convenience of regular shuttles to the clinic, amidst the construction there, proved to be remarkably stress free. All staff were welcoming.

All in all it was a good stay. Hotel was nice, quiet and clean. Sad to see the area going down hill but like any blue area, its right in your face.
