「The room was definitely clean, however both nights we had trouble with the code on the door to get into out room. Although we were able to resolve the problem reasonably fast it was frustrating. The second night we did not understand why the code was changed. I had to settle for a luke warm showers both days. The rooms were expensive, certainly not the greatest of value.」

「The listing suggested that this was a premium hotel suite, but it fell short. On the plus side: nice location near Washington Square Park, and the check-in process was straightforward. 「Great view, and they don’t expect you to do chores before checking out that I appreciate. However the parking situation would’ve been great if there was better communication. I paid for parking, there was no instructions on how to get in, the pin. They told me to head to parking but waited outside for 15 minutes trying to figure it out on an extremely busy road. Caused a lot of unnecessary stress.
Room was great, but parking needs to be explained better. Other guests told me the same as well.」
