“Check in took very very long because there’s only one front desk agent and he was dealing with a customer complaint regarding their room being dirty and they didn’t have another room to move them to. When I finally got to check in, it took less than 3 minutes. The room was mostly clean but the queen-size pullout sofa bed was dirty with hair and food residue and no extra linens to put on the sofa bed. The rest of the room was nice and the balcony had a beautiful view.”

“The stay was in a good area, the place was clean. However communication with the host was terrible I needed additional accommodation or assistance and I could never get in touch with anyone. In addition, the property staff who were in the building never could answer any of my questions or get in contact with my host either”
