Clean 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo with new flooring, paint, beds, furniture and linens. Amenities include W/D, Pool (May-Sept) Fully stocked Kitchen with Kuerig coffeemaker. Smart TVs with Spectrum cable in living room and Master bedroom, plus highspeed WIFI. Fans located in each room. Just around the corner from the 9th green on Pinehurst #5 and only a short 2.2 mile drive to the clubhouse. Over 40 courses nearby. Great for your foursome, USGA events, or snowbirds. Please feel at home in our home.

This location is wonderful, the access to the area and the condo amenities are perfect. We were moving and just needed space to transition out of our home we sold, but when we come back to visit friends- this will be our desired landing spot.

“Perch” Perfect!

Pinehurst Perch was perfect for our family trip to Pinehurst US Kids Teen Worlds! The condo was clean, modern, and quiet. We loved the pool w/ its warm water and relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended!! See you next year!

Even though the pool was not open, we had a great time, enjoying the many things offered in the immediate area. The unit was great; lots of room to move around, great kitchen area as we enjoyed cooking together. Wonderful week!

Great location, best entry key code ever! We’ve stayed at many VRBO’s and locking and unlocking with a code has been awful at times. This owner made the code very easy to use! Clean and beautiful view. One of our favorite Pinehurst spots!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very comfortable and as advertised. My only suggestion to the host is to put an instruction sheet on operating the TV. 2 remotes were very confusing..

The villa was very clean, nicely updated, and just a 5 minute drive to town center. We didn’t have time to use the pool but it looked very nice. The owners were helpful and responded quickly to questions. We would rent this villa again. .
