“The owners met us on arrival and gave us a tour showed us how to work the heater where to find things they were just amazing! They gave us our pin to mark our home on the map of all of their visitors and then brought us eggs and waffles in the morning made fresh from there free range chickens.”

“Excellent location for visiting Sequoia and Kings Canyon NP. The host was attentive, the room was perfect with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and place settings for 2. I just hope the toilet paper was chosen for the septic system and not because they wanted that brand. I am glad I arrived in the daylight, the short dirt road in would be tricky in the dark the first time.
Dining recommendations were spot on - good food, very friendly service, and close by.
I wouldn't hesitate to book here……

“This is a country home, pure and simple- it’s an hour away from groceries and there’s stuff in the yard. But that’s the magic of this place…quiet, surrounded by nature (including Forest Service- and National parkland, bright stars, and a great place to throw a log in the stove and hang. The kitchen is well equipped (induction stove if you’re bringing an extra large pot for example), and the host was responsive and friendly. We’d definitely stay there again.”

“We stayed here over Labor Day weekend, 2025. It was amazing! The house and amenities matched the descriptions and photos exactly. Everything seemed to be relatively new and was in great condition. Terah was a wonderful host and responded quickly to any question I had. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with tools and appliances. The back yard was like a Disney movie - every time we looked out the window we saw animals. One evening the deer (mom and two babies) hung out for almost two hours.……
