Summer trip

Very clean house, probably the cleanest VRBO I have stayed in. Not a lot of hang out space for a group as large as us. Dinner table is more like a tall pub style table. All in all stay was great, responsiveness was not the best.

50th Birthday Bash

We surprised my husband with a 50th birthday weekend getaway. There were 5 couples and a couple older kids in our group. This was the perfect fit for our needs. We all had our own comfortable spaces. The beautiful spacious kitchen was amazing and allowed for multiple people to help when making meals or cleaning up. We loved the pool table and party area upstairs in the loft as well. The view off the back deck was my favorite part, but the incredible grill made my husband happy. An unforgettable weekend for sure!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Chics Coop. Our softball team plays in a Memorial Day weekend tournament every year. So 8 adults stayed here. Plenty of room and everyone had a great time. We will be back for sure

Chic's Coop Comfort

Great house in our favorite mountain neighborhood which backs up to the pines. We only had 6 in our party but this house could easily sleep 20 as advertised. We've never stayed in a more organized/stocked VRBO home. This house has everything. Communication with the management was great. Very nice property.

Beautiful house and great location!!

The property was beautiful! My mom's 80th birthday was a success!! There were dings on the walls and a lot of chips in the dishes that I hope we don't get charged for, but overall our stay and the property were very nice. One issue on our way out, my sister said her husband and son both had sand and dirt in their bed from the beginning, like it hadn't been stripped, but I told her the previous renters probably made the beds and the cleaners didn't know to strip it. We were trying to use the hood and it wasn't working but I see from the pictures that it was probably recently added. My family wants to make this an annual occurrence, so we may use you again! Thank you for helping make my mom's birthday special!!
