Great cabin stay. Lots of space. Lots of pines. Tree house needs repairs. Otherwise had a great time.

Spacious and well-appointed
The cabin is cute and we had plenty of room. Kitchen: well appointed with just about everything we needed. (It just needs a cutting board!) The toaster is terrible. It takes like 6 minutes to toast. Should be replaced. The coffee maker was dirty. There are basics like salt pepper oil, etc. No ice though. Bathrooms: also well appointed with soap shampoo and a fantastic first aid kit. Unfortunately it wasn’t clean, there were other people’s hairs all over. And you can’t fully close the door on the en suite or you’ll get trapped inside! The door handle doesn’t work properly. But the water pressure in the shower is outstanding! Bedroom: Referring to the master/primary, my husband complained that the mattress sinks in the middle and it was hurting his neck and back. The beds in the loft looked like the sheets weren’t changed either. :( There are many books, and some games for the kids! My kids desperately wanted to get in the treehouse, which is advertised as a part of the listing, but we couldn’t get in. The keys to the right of the sink simply don’t fit in the lock. Several calls and emails amounted to no help. I was told the management company would contact the owner and get back to me but no one ever got back to me. This is one of those places run by an outside company, so getting help feels remote and difficult. For what they charge for a cleaning fee, I should have a sparking clean bathroom and clean sheets. I’m bummed that we couldn’t use the treehouse.

Quick weekend for snow play
My family loves staying in this area of Pinetop. Very quiet neighborhood, cozy cabin perfect for a family of four + the dog. Would definitely book again!

Cute Cozy Cabin
This cabin was clean and had plenty of provisions. My children loved sleeping in the loft and the pre-loaded gift card for the kids fun park was such a sweet gesture!

Cute but a little dated.
We had a pleasant stay at this cabin, however, the inside was not properly clean before our arrival. Every single bed and pull out mattress from the couch were full of dog hair, which is unfortunate due to one of the family member having allergies. We had to wash all of our linens and put them back on the bed, other than that, everything else was great.

Everything was great!
Only one thing took the review down a star. The lack of paper products. There was only one roll of TP in both bathrooms and only one roll of paper towels. We bought both things and left the extras. Other than that, the property was perfect for a getaway. Alissa did a great job at getting the Wi-Fi straightened out.

Nice and cozy
The cabin was nice and spacious. Enough seating for everyone, the kitchen was nice and had everything we needed, mattresses were ok (not as comfortable but we are used to our memory foam). Communication with property mgr was slow response time (24 hrs later). Wi-Fi password didn’t work. The property was beautiful and in a great location. Pet friendly and had extra leashes and bowls if needed. We still had a great time.

Overall it was great
Didn’t realize check in instructions went to my junk mail. It was difficult to get a hold of contact person. Had to call Vrbo to get connected. Other than that everything was great. Cute cabin, comfy, cozy and warm. Great location. Nice neighborhood. Will rent again!!!
