「When I opened the door I noticed right away the place was very clean. The kitchen is well stocked as is the bathroom toiletries. I reached out to the owner and she responded within minutes. Communications are 5 stars. The property is well maintained. The neighbors we met where very nice and easy to get alone with. Which is a plus. Washer and dryer worked great for us. If you want a quiet place on the river this is your spot. .」

「We arrived late and just slept, left first thing next morning, it was comfortable and nice and clean. House is classic older home that has been updated nicely. It is not some cookie cutter built new home, but has the design and personality of a traditional southern home. From tall ceilings to 12" baseboards and original wood floors, it has character. We enjoyed our short visit and rested well.」

「Very nicely decorated 3/2 manufactured home! Really loved the layout and the master suite is massive! That shower, tub, and bedroom is sooooo nice! However, I think the water is well water or reclaimed and has a funky smell, but thats the only complaint. It's on a dirt road that I don't think is mentioned, but that dirt is well packed to bring a trailer across.」

「What a fantastic stay! The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and just a short drive into town for food and shopping. The lot is well kept and very spacious! Beautifully decorated. Lots of room to spread out and for larger families not to feel so on top of each other. The kitchen was very well stocked - I was impressed with all they have to offer! Pool was cold (mid may)- but kids don't care! So many places outside to sit and enjoy. Great and fast communication with owners/property manager....

「We checked in at about midnight, it was easy to get in and looks nice from the outside. The area has cars that speed. Once we entered I saw 2 roaches immediately. Upon sitting a cup on the table there were more . There need to be some improvements on the house. We left at 6 am and did not return. I reached out to the owner and have heard nothing yet.」
