    You'll have a tough time leaving Canoe Cabin! This quaint log home is nestled on a one-acre park-like setting. It features 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, vaulted ceilings, hand-hewn logs, fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, and 3 outdoor seating areas. You may want to live outdoors on our sprawling covered front porch, back patio with water feature, or screened-in porch. Take a hike in our wooded backyard or spend a day on the lake fishing or enjoying water sports! Come check it out for yourself!

    Canoe Cabin is nestled in the Tri-Cities (Bristol, Kingsport, & Johnson City), this property offers the perfect blend of small-town charm and outdoor adventure. Explore Winged Deer Park, is a 200-acre sports complex hosting various and amateur athletic events. with its scenic trails, playgrounds, and picturesque lake.

    Unwind Vacation Rentals presents Canoe Cabin:

    This gorgeous log cabin features hand-hewn hemlock logs and was built more than 30 years ago. You will love the cool rustic vibe and ambiance of your home away from home! This property can comfortably accommodate 1-8 guests. You will feel right at home with a fully stocked kitchen that features all of the essentials and several dining spaces - indoors or outdoors!

    Wake up and enjoy a cup of coffee, and picturesque scenery from the sprawling front porch. Unwind on this 1-acre property by hiking, canoeing, fishing, listening to the waterfall, and enjoying the wildlife.

This was the perfect place for us to stay while visiting our daughters at college. Very clean, comfortable beds, and had everything we needed and more! The outside space was very relaxing and a perfect area to hang out with family making memories!

Stayed in December, the home was tastefully designed, cozy and comfortable. Well stocked, Karen the host was very responsive with our every request/question making sure we have everything. Porch swing was our favorite watching sunset, sipping coffee, waving at the beautiful group of deer.

My family had a wonderful stay! The cabin has the most well equipped kitchen I’ve ever seen. Quiet neighborhood with deer walking across the back yard. We would definitely stay here again.

We could not have enjoyed our stay in this sweet spot any more. From beginning to end, Karen was an amazing host, assuring the cabin was ready for us and responding quickly when we had questions. We celebrated Easter with our family at the cabin, and we all enjoyed it very much. Our chef son-in-law helped prepare many of our meals and was amazed at how well stocked the kitchen was with supplies and staple items. There has been no stone left unturned making this cabin comfortable for a relaxing and fun stay. The grandchildren played on the swing out front, enjoyed corn hole on the sidewalk, and making amores on the back porch. We relaxed, enjoyed meals, and played games on the porches throughout our stay. We walked to the lake, visited the local cavern and gem mining spot, made a stop in the casino, and enjoyed delicious take-out pizza from a local restaurant. The cabin was clean and could not have been more comfortable. We didn’t want to leave and hope to return again.Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your beautiful cabin where we made such wonderful memories.

Canoe Cabin

I was thoroughly impressed with my stay at Canoe Cabin. The cabin was well stocked with everything you could need when vacationing. The place also had nice personal touches, making it feel very 'homey.' The outdoor space was great to spend time with family in the evenings. Karen was easy to communicate with and very responsive. I recommend the cabin to anyone visiting the area.

Our family met at the Canoe Cabin and it did not disappoint! From the minute we found it online to the minute we walked out of the cabin, we loved it! This house was perfect for our stay. Everything you could need to cook was there. The outside space was wonderful as well as the indoors. One of our best rentals ever

Amazing property. House has everything you need for a great stay. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and had plenty of storage and chargers for phones. THe kitchen was well stocked. Kids loved seeing the deer every day and playing on the swing in the front yard. You wont be disappointed!

Just what we needed

We were in town for a funeral and I needed a place to accommodate my 94 year old grandmother. This place has 2 bedrooms on the main level which is very difficult to find. The house is in great condition and the owners are extremely nice. I would definitely stay again.

Flew in from out of state and after being up for over 24 hours this cabin was absolutely so lovely to call home for a week. Karen was so accommodating and quick to respond with any questions we had. Charming character, lovely porches, beautiful yard & outstanding property manager

The “Canoe Cabin” is an outstanding vacation rental property filled with charming character inside and out. The property managers left no stone unturned in providing a thoroughly welcoming guest experience including a fully stocked house, snacks, coffee bar and toiletries. Even the furniture, beds and bedding were exceptionally comfortable. The porches were delightful and the yard was beautiful. Thank you Karen for being a wonderful hostess. We will definitely be going again next year.

What a delightful quiet cabin.

We so enjoyed our time here. Absolutely nothing was overlooked to make this time special and comfortable and relaxing. We loved the porch on the front and the back. Enjoyed all the deer. The waterfall. The cozy decor. Comfortable beds. Coffee bar! Oatmeal bar! We ate most meals at home and the kitchen was so easy to cook in. I highly recommend this quiet relaxing cabin.

Great relaxing stay!

This was a wonderful experience. Owner responded quickly to all messages. She was friendly and answered questions about the area and was helpful. Check-in process was seem-less. Property was extremely clean and organized. Owner thought of all the little extras and had numerous amenities. The house was very comfortable. Garage area was great for traveling … left coolers, things for boat, softball equipment, etc in there and did not have to drag in the house or leave in vehicle. Was in a beautiful neighborhood close to the lake but the backyard felt away in the woods like a retreat! Would definitely stay again!!

Log Cabin

My family and I stayed in this beautiful cabin for four days. It is situated in a lovely setting with wonderful landscaping that is well maintained. The owners of the cabin have put a lot of effort into anticipating the needs of their guests. They provided thorough directions for checking in and using the amenities of the cabin. They supplied travel guides and menus from surrounding attractions and nearby restaurants. They also had an ample supply of coffees, drinks, and snacks. The kitchen has everything that could be needed for an enjoyable stay. The beds are very comfortable! They even had a high chair for babies which came in handy for us. We were given a good number of interesting books and games to use during our stay. The screened-in porch is a great place to enjoy watching the deer and birds. There are also comfortable chairs and a porch swing on the front porch. Umbrellas were even left there for our convenience. The cabin has beautiful art work, a great entertainment center, and a fun tree swing. Thank you for helping to make our trip so special!
