"The floors were filthy. Our feet are covered in dirt. When I checked out and told the front desk clerk she tried making excuses. Needs a good sweeping and mopping between each guest. "In room 103 the shower head was pointing sideways. It should've had a hand held shower head since this was a wheelchair accessable room. The gentleman at the front desk immediately gave me a key to the room next door and came with me to verify it worked."
