“We were looking for a traditional Chinese courtyard guesthouse so we booked this place. It was perfect for us. Great location in the centre of the old town and friendly, English speaking staff. You could walk to all the main sights.
Room was very pretty and traditional. Had a brand new wet-room shower which was a bonus. Traditional bed was firm but comfortable. Toiletries provided.
All in all a great stay and value. A lovely base for our time in Pingyao.”
