"We very much enjoy the convenience of the location to historic Mount Airy and to many scenic drives. The property was inviting and decorated in an autumn theme which made for a warm atmosphere at breakfast. The breakfast attendant was wonderful. Check in was a busy time but the lady at the desk was so friendly and wonderful at multitasking! Our rooms (2) were immaculate and plenty of towels and wash cloths! We would definitely recommend!"

"Front desk staff is very unprofessional in appearance and demeanor. Appeared panicked dealing with the hotel being heavily booked. Do not like being addressed as "baby' or "honey" even in NC!"
