Gorgeous mountain spot

Small B&B-type inn, very rustic, no wi-fi. Majestic mountain views, sauna/steam spa, chef meals with a slow food ethos. Recommend for a total getaway, hiking, skiing. A beautiful & tranquil spot to enjoy the mountains.

Rauswurf in der Nacht

Nachdem wir sehr freundlich vom Besitzer im Chalet empfangen worden sind, unser Zimmer bezogen haben und bereits in der Sauna waren, teilte uns der Inhaber mit, dass eine Doppelbelegung des Zimmers vorliegen würde, das Chalet aber ausgebucht sei. Angeblich würde das Chalet mit Hotels.com überhaupt nicht zusammenarbeiten und eine Buchung unsererseits nicht vorliegen. Wir zeigten daraufhin die Bestätigungsmail, den Ausdruck als auch die Bestätigungs-SMS vor. Aussage: das Chalet hätte keine Buchung erhalten, mit Hotels.com nicht zusammenarbeiten und wir müßten das Chalet sofort wieder verlassen. Das hat geheissen, bei strömendem Regen wieder alles ins Auto packen und eine neue Unterkunft suchen. Und das um 20 Uhr am Abend!

Thank you that you were never tired, you were always in good mood....always ready to do something special. Resume: the chalet is one of the most beautiful place you can imagine. It's not an anonymous hotel but a chalet with every perfection (beautiful rooms with aaalll the comfort which needed for a comfortable stay).
