“Wasn’t sure which rooms were on which floors but we figured it out. Great location. Close to downtown scene and sunlink. The room was well appointed. The bar was great too.”

“Amy catered to our every need. Even cleared our breakfast dishes. Also helped with dining recommendations. Continental breakfast was enough to eat and presented well. However got a little boring after 3 days so Amy stopped and got us donuts. Rooms were clean and the Nicole was spacious. The outdoor oasis with pool and hot tub was heaven. ”

“We stayed at the University Inn for 2 days for our daughter's college graduation. The outside of the hotel is older and could use a facelift and thevarea is honestly not the greatest. The park next door was full of homeless people upon arrival. The city really needs to do something about this because I questioned the safety of the location. our room was updated and very clean. The towels were thick and clean, staff was very helpful and nice, but no safe on the room, no hand soap (staff quickly……

“Building is dated but it's in great working condition and clean and such. Staff very friendly, Rosie at check in was great. Sits right on trolley line which was very convenient as well”
