Piscina aquecida, garçom atendendo nas mesas, restaurantes temáticos, funcionamento realmente 24h com comidas e bebidas, são diferenciais comparados aos outros All Inclusive Premium.」

「Estadia muito boa. Quartos muito aconchegantes. O hotel surpreendeu. O pessoal da recepção deixa a desejar. A comida pode melhorar. O hotel estando lotado, a quantidade de piscinas, é insuficiente. No mais, no geral eu gostei muito e super recomendo. 」

No domingo teve música ao vivo, durou umas 3hrs. Café da manhã com muitas opções, pão de queijo mineiro era uma delícia, o pudim tambem merece ser citado. Super indico! Minha estadia foi bastante positiva. 」

「Hotel is more family oriented and economic friendly. The staff is 10/10 and had many options to eat (all inclusive bf, lunch and dinner). The only issue was that the rooms could have been upgraded. For the price we paid, it is a real bargain. But I can see how people can not give it 5 stars. Kids running around, outdated bathroom and loud music until 10pm are not for everyone but they were fine for us. Gym could be a lot better. It was in a 10x15 room with outdated machines.」

「The pousada is a bit older but well maintained , we had the most expensive rooms with best view. Unfortunately some of the staff was unmotivated and lazy, no warm welcome at arrival , and the breakfast is under average for the area. They made tapioca but not with coco which is the most common , same with juice they had all fruits and offered one juice , pal do queijo were hard as rocks and when plates were empty you had to chase for backfill . Met the owner briefly seemed nice but ist constantly...

「The hotel is nice however, the walls are thin. You can hear other guests and there’s this strange window in the bathroom that is open to, I believe, a mechanical room and the room next door also has a window with the same situation and you could hear each other whether it was conversation or using the bathroom. Also was next to a housekeeping room and heard them anytime they were there.」
