The place was perfect for us and would have been even better if it hadn’t been cloudy. The sky deck was perfect for sky watching. The three separate spaces made it great for everyone to have their own space. Also the barndorium was great for evening entertainment with pool tournaments going all evening. The only sad part was seeing the dry lake but we weren’t there for the water so we didn’t mind. Really enjoyed our stay.

Family Vaca

Very peaceful. Drive there was scenic. House was great, the barndeminum, and cottage were great , for families with little ones. The main house had a bedroom with only few steps. Upstairs bedrooms had plenty of beds. The pool in the backyard was beautiful. The kids were in it most of the time. The owners and manager were very helpful with things that came up. The location would be perfect if they hadnt been working on the dam , so no water in the cove.

I met 10 of my high school classmates from 1983 for a mini reunion. The property was great for our needs and we had an excellent time. The property is about 20-30 minutes from any sizable town but there is a small store about 1 1/2 miles away. We all pulled in, Closed the gate and did not leave. Perfect!

Family Vacay

Annual extended family vacation while college kids were still on break! Lots of things to do while we were there and with multiple families the guest house and barndominium, beside the main house were perfect! Allowed the older generation to have quiet time while the rest of us finished game marathon! Close enough to San Antonio for the river walk, Alamo and shopping, yet centrally located enough to hit up a rodeo in a different small town while were there. Vacay was in January so off season for the pool but still had young ones who were brave enough to test the waters ( for very brief stints!) Great house, location and communication with property manager, would definitely stay again. Thanks!

A place for family get-togethers

My family and I were pleased with this Medina Lake getaway. We had a few issues come up regarding the house but all were handled in a quick and professional way by the hosts. As stated by the hosts, the lake is at an all-time low so if you are here for the lake, there is not much to look at but the view is still very nice. And the pool was very enjoyable and appreciated during the hot summer months. Overall we had a blast here. It is nice to step out of city living and slow life down for a week.

Lake house paradise

The property was very beautiful very clean from inside lots of room to camera roll my guest they just bought the property so they were fine-tuning last minute adjustments but overall was a great stay I would recommend it for anybody looking for a peaceful quiet getaway the pool was awesome Paul the owner Was very helpful
