"Great location, beautiful view of the bay, excellent amenities. But, the hotel rooms smell a little musty, and the beach area with the umbrellas and the long chairs needs to be cleaned daily and some work to make it more appealing to the eye. From the beach, if you look up towards the hotel, you see the rusty metal supporting the walkway above, the stairs to the beach need work, and the shower is partially broken and almost collapsing."
"Lovely pool and beach complex over the road from the car park, water so clear to snorkel in. There were facilities pool side to change if going to airport, but no extractor fans in any of the bathrooms which would be my only moan, they got very hot! There's no gym yet, but it could be a nice addition and hotel is away from the busyness of Kalamata. Just a shame that the airport is so old and dilapidated, it puts you off returning to the area, as it's grotty and the lack of facilities are really poor in 2026 from no cafes, to running water and soap in the ladies toilets. Maybe the hotel can raise this with the authorities as I wouldn't return based on the delays and service."
"What an awesome hotel. Perfectly positioned for Gialova and Costa Navarino Agora. Great pool, right across from the beach, gorgeous layout. Needs a bigger TV, and pillows are hard as rocks, but overall a lot of amenities and I wouldnāt stay anywhere else if youāre in Gialova. Love it"
"Outstanding property and stay - perhaps service can be improved a bit more. There was a bit of miscommunication re towel replacement and water refill.
Lastly, I would encourage the hotel to review its policies regarding smoking (particularly cigars) in outdoor dining areas, as well as the display of sexually suggestive content around the pool, especially considering the presence of young children."
"This historic, one and a quarter century old, renovated hotel is in the heart of downtown Kalamata ā close to everything. It is reasonably priced and included a superb buffet breakfast."
