「Die Wohnung ist zweckmässig schön und komplett eingerichtet. Die Aussicht, der Garten gefällt, der Privatzugang zum Meer sehr angenehm, das Meer ruhig und geschützt, das Wasser ist extrem klar. Allerdings ist der Strand sehr schmal und voller Seegras. Das Haus liegt in einem reinen ‚Villenviertel‘ weitab von jeglicher Infrastruktur. Auch hat es zumindest während meinem Aufenthalt oft stark von einer Raffinerie gestunken! Die Bewertung durchzogen! Doris, September 2023」

「Nous avons passé, nos amis et nous, un très agréable séjour chez Valerio, un hôte très agréable et très à l'écoute. La maison est idéalement située en bord de mer avec accès direct depuis le jardin. Les repas pris sur la terrasse offrent une vue magnifique avec les pins en premiers plans et la mer à peine plus loin. La maison est confortable, spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Les alentours offrent de nombreuses possibilités de promenades, restaurants, visites culturelles ou de détente. Merci Valerio」

「Una strada sterrato ti porta alla cima della collina con una vista splendida. Peccato che la struttura abbia bisogno di grandi lavori di manutenzione. La piscina non ha funzionato per l'intero periodo del soggiorno, ci han dovuto cambiare il miscelatore del lavandino, le porte erano gonfiate e si faceva difficoltà ad aprirle e chiuderle (con rumori annessi) e tante piccole altre cose che non permettono di godere di una struttura con potenzialità. 「Casetta indipendente molto vicina alle spiagge del Poetto e a mezz'ora da quelle di Villasimius. La casa è pulita e attrezzata di tutto quello che serve per cucinare e c'è anche un bel giardino per cenare all'esterno durante le calde sere d'estate. Supermercati bar, ristoranti e locali molto vicini. I proprietari sono gentili e pronti a dare consigli.」

「The accomodation was very clean, exactly how it was shown in the pictures. Stefano is a really nice host, if we had any questions he immediatly answered. He also gave us useful tips about near shops and markets or what to see near the accomodation. There is a really nice beach directly infront of the house which was never crowded and we could have space for ourselves. there is a shop with all the necessities 5 minutes away from the house. To the city centre of Cagliari it is definetly too far...

「Vielen Dank für die tolle Woche im Süden von Sardinien. Nach kurzer flexibler Absprache wurden wir nach unserer Ankunft von den netten Vermietern begrüßt. Das Haus entspricht den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Insbesondere der großzügige Aussenbereich mit mehreren Terrassen, Sitzmöglichkeiten, Grill und Vorhallen der Aussendusche haben uns gut gefallen. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, so dass unser Hund sich unproblematisch frei bewegen konnte— insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt.」

「Maison bien agencée. Équipement complet. Ensemble calme et bucolique. Grand jardin où les enfants passent leur temps avec les chats et les poules. Grande Plage à 5 minutes en voiture. 「Nous avons passé une semaine en famille (frère, soeur, conjoint et enfants) et avons adoré cette maison. La piscine était top et la maison ne manque pas d'espace. Malgré une météo pas très conciliante, le couvert est grand et permet d'accueillir tout le monde, y compris le babyfoot. Merci à Davide pour son accueil et sa gentillesse.」
