Hotel is clean and staff are very friendly and attentive, I lost one of my gold earrings and the staff found it and returned it back to us. Very nice hotel and cleanliness is topnotch. Staffs are very nice and respectful

The property is unique and definitely caters to the Asian visitors. Beautiful room, spacious. Cons: sewer smell on ground floor near restaurant, front desk told us it would be less expensive to purchase meals through them than at the dining places onsite. This was not true- it was MORE expensive. I told them this at checkout and no offer to make anything right. Pool was nice and view extraordinary.

Thank you so much for an amazing time at your facility. Dinner was always amazing. Snorkeling was great and the assistance to be able to do it was above and beyond. The staff was so nice. 🤗🤗
