"The cabin was very clean, all appliances worked well, and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware. The hot tub was very welcome after a long day of hiking. I contacted the Host with questions and received a quick answer. Overall experience was top notch! Will stay again."

"Very nice place halfway up a mountain. Firepit was a fun evening activity. Host was very responsive. Only issue we had was some trouble streaming shows on the tv but we were able to watch on a lap top."

"Stayed in one of the cabins, it was very clean, nessicities were supplied in linens, cookware, utensils, dishes, coffe pot, coffeemaker, dish soap, sponge and some trash bags. Full size refrigerator, two burner cooktop and microwave. Picnic table and fire ring outside. Enclosed porch with rocking chairs. Nice quiet setting with lots to do. Rec center, catch release pond etc. Very close to other places like Buc ee, Meems covered bridge and small towns or larger city like Harrisonburg to explore. Didn't go into the caverns this time but a wonderful experience if you have never been. Thinking about going back in the summer with the grandkids."

"Probably the overall best experience we have had when renting a home. It was just as described. Super clean. Awesome location. Comfortable beds which was great after all the hiking we did. Host is very responsive. Only regret was we couldn't stay longer. This will definitely be our go to when coming back to the area."

"Very cute place. We used it for JMU parents weekend. Perfect little place for us with our dog. Just know you’re far up in the mountains and the road is gravel and steep on the way to. Overall nice place."

"The house was spacious and well appointed and in a great location for exploring the parks and trails in the area. The kids in our group loved exploring the many rooms. There were dog beds water bowls if you forgot them. The beds were comfortable and everyone slept great!"

"We are very grateful for this property and enjoyed our stay. The inside was neat and tidy, ready for the stay. We were slightly disappointed with the outside, as it looked disheveled and dirty, we were afraid to see the inside. The amount of spider webs was overwhelming that we found it hard to sit outside. The kayaks and tubes were also dirty and covered with bugs, leaves, and dirt, no one wanted to use them. The gaming room was fun and clean, minus the bugs that could get in through the gap in the garage door."
